Additional cleaning after the 4hrs on hourly rate ($29.00)
Additional workers on hourly rate of $29.00 per hour per worker

Window cleaning

Minimum rate $355.00, 2-workers for 4hrs

Additional cleaning after the 4hrs on hourly rate ($35.00)
Additional workers on hourly rate of $35.00 per hour per worker

Carpet cleaning

Minimum rate $150.00
Additional cleaning after the 2hrs will be charged on hourly rate ($35.00)

Pressure wash

Minimum rate $360.00, 2-workers for 3hrs
Additional cleaning after the 3hrs on hourly rate ($45.00)
Additional workers on hourly rate of $45.00 per hour per worker

Trash Hauling

$350 per trip

Labor rate

Window cleaner $35.00 per hour per worker
Pressures wash $45.00 per hour per worker
On-going Labor $20.00 per hour per worker
